Biography
Dr. Bayoumi Attia has more than four decades of experience in water resources planning, policy and consultancy. He chairs Resources Technology Bureau & Engineering Consultancy (RTB) in Cairo and has advised Egypt’s Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation on national water policy, integrated water resources management and major planning studies. His work spans natural resources management, climate and environmental issues, decision support and sustainable development, with extensive engagement with ministers, government agencies and international partners.
